263 Broome Street has been born again hard as a trendy boutique hotel. Over the weekend, workers finally removed the mess of nets and ironwork from the seven-story superstructure. It’s gone commando, and further pimped by a tacky yellow spotlight scheme for nighttime hours.
There it is…
The as-yet-unnamed lodge occupies seven floors and boast 45 keys across 13,155 square-feet. Signs also point to a rooftop bar (naturally). Indeed, an “accessory roof bar” is mentioned in the permits on file with the Department of Buildings.

This hotel project took a minute, having lasted some four years from conception to completion. It was back in 2012 when the project was first announced. A year later, 263-265 Broome Street was razed. The as-yet-unnamed hotel is funded by Sun Sun Property Investement and designed by SM Tan Architect.
Here’s the property during better times…
