RISE Coffee Expands Hours in Stanton Street Kiosk

Open for about six months, that RISE Coffee counter on Stanton Street we told you about is extending its hours. The pop-up cafe launched in the sidecar takeout space beside A. Turen back in January, just in time for tundra temperatures.
But scope was limited. Those barn-door windows at 85 Stanton rarely seemed open, even during the important rush hours. Demand forced their hand, though, founder-owner Hudson Gaines-Ross tells us. So, instead of limited weekend hours, you can grab the “Nitro” coffee Tuesday through Sunday.
As its name suggests, their brand of coffee is all about the jolt, helping you rise after a sluggish morning. In their own words, their blend of beans jacks you up with 1.7-times the normal amount of caffeine.
RISE is also preparing to offer cans of the liquid caffeine starting next week.
