This is ODD. This is tombstone signage. This is Misrahi Realty letting you know that 164 Ludlow Street is leasing again. This is fashion flight.

The ODD. New York boutique (stylized with the period) is on its way out after spending more than four years in Hell Square. The store modified the “for rent” sign to announce that it’s moving to a new location. Whereabouts of said space is still an unknown. Our request for comment was not immediately returned.

The street-style boutique assumed control of 164 Ludlow in 2012. It was the second such business to occupy the OG Ludlow Guitars space after the music store relocated up the block (the first being Castle & Pierpont).
