‘TR Crandall’ Brings Guitars Back to Ludlow Street
Seemingly against the odds, a vintage guitar shop is now up and running on Ludlow Street, in the heart of Hell Square.
Three-year-old TR Crandall Guitars moved to the fifth floor of 156 Ludlow Street at the beginning of the year. Under the radar, at that. The recent arrival of this throwback window signage makes the relocation from East Third Street more official.
Owner Tom Crandall founded the instrument store in 2013, and peddles in vintage guitars along with a suite of repair services.
The appearance of TR Crandall fills a void left by Ludlow Guitars, which held down a solid seventeen-year residence until its demise in July 2016.
