Minnie’s is no more.

The New American nightspot was founded in 2017 by eponymous owner Minnie Stallings, who is the daughter of Hotel on Rivington honcho Paul Stallings (owner of the building itself). It took over the space formerly occupied for twelve years by Tapeo29.
