Sneak Peek Inside the New Scarr’s Pizzeria on Orchard Street
Here is the first look inside the newer, larger Scarr’s Pizza on Orchard Street.
As previously reported, owner Scarr Pimentel applied to remove and transfer the liquor license to 35 Orchard (aka 34 Allen) in what was formerly the Lam & Associates insurance office. (A building now shared with Cheeky Sandwiches.) Community Board 3 signaled its endorsement last March.
On-premise construction has been underway since Department of Buildings issued permits back in July.
This is an expansion in every sense of the word. Whereas the original is cramped, yet cozy, the new spot is noticeably more airy.
Still no official word on opening date at 35 Orchard Street.
