75-Year-Old Woman Hit by Stray Bullet on Clinton Street
An elderly woman was grazed by a bullet while walking on Clinton Street yesterday, cops said.
The victim, an unidentified 75-year-old woman, had been standing near the corner of Delancey Street shortly before 12:30pm. She reportedly heard four or five shots, then felt the pain. One of the discharged bullets hit her buttocks.
The victim was transported to Mount Sinai Beth Israel hospital in stable condition. Meanwhile, police are looking for the four men who fled the scene in a white Honda Civic with New Jersey plates.
