Shuttered Ludlow Fitness Space Seeks New Occupant
The former second-floor home of Ludlow Fitness now seeks a replacement tenant. Will it be another gym?
Ludlow Fitness had been a mainstay above the Delancey Street Duane Reade for some fourteen years. And it was one of the better deals around. However, the advent of the novel coronavirus and pandemic lockdown pretty much spelled the end for the local neighborhood gym. Business officially closed back in September.
According to the new listing, the monthly outlay on the 5,125 square-foot Ludlow Fitness is approximately $27,760 (i.e. $65 per square-foot).
