Synagogue Adjacent Condo Tops out on Clinton Street

A longtime synagogue driveway at the northern terminus of Clinton Street is now buried beneath a six-story condo development. And it just reached its apex.

Construction during the last several months next to Congregation Chasam Sofer yielded the sixty-five-foot structure now visible from street level. Below is a rendering of what the future holds.

Developer Andres Hogg of Hogg Holdings purchased the property (aka 10 Clinton Street) in October 2017 for $4.1 million.

The newcomer – touting the official address of 14 Clinton – will boast eight condo units splitting 6,430 square-feet. Roughly 1,479 square-feet is earmarked for commercial use. Owners will have access to storage units, laundry, a bicycle room, fitness center, and rooftop recreation area.
