Man Stabbed Twice in Sara D. Roosevelt Park
Cops seek assistance from the public in identifying a suspect who stabbed a man twice in Sara D. Roosevelt Park in broad daylight Sunday.
According to the police report, a 32-year-old man de-mounted his bike at 4:20pm near Forsyth and Broome Streets. The perp stood up from a park bench – near the sunken court – and approached the biker. He then stabbed the victim once in each arm before fleeing the scene on foot.
The victim was taken to Bellevue in stable condition.
The NYPD released surveillance photos earlier this week.
