The Market Line Returns to Essex Crossing from Pandemic Sidelines Next Week
Another sign that things are normalizing; the Market Line at Essex Crossing will soon be open and fully operational. Its return from the sixteen-month pandemic sidelines is slated for July 22.
The subterranean food court occupies 150,000 square-feet beneath the three contiguous Essex Crossing developments on the south side of Delancey Street. There are over two dozen vendors slinging wares, with several offshoots of established neighborhood businesses.
The Market Line didn’t get a fair chance to reach its stride. Indeed, the much-ballyhooed retail destination debuted in late 2019, just four months before the novel coronavirus ravaged everything.
