The man wanted in connection with the grisly stabbing death in a Division Street gambling den has been identified.

Cops identified Shin Bin Weng, 55, as the suspect in the death of 58-year-old Qi Rui Weng, who died on Monday after he was stabbed with a large kitchen knife following a feud inside the social club at 125 Division Street, near Orchard.

The two had reportedly been fighting inside the social club when the would-be attacker was escorted from the premises. He then nabbed two large kitchen knives from the neighboring restaurant supply store before returning through a door connecting both buildings.

The victim was later discovered in a bathroom with a large knife still plunged in his torso, and a smaller blade by his chair, according to published reports.

This notorious hangout was previously in the news last August when a 26-year-old woman was found dead in the back of a taxi following a night out.
