A shooting early Sunday morning after the bars emptied in Hell Square left two individuals injured, one of whom an innocent bystander, cops said.
Police say the shooting happened at 4:15am following a dispute outside Dubai Cannabis Supply at 105 Stanton Street, near and Ludlow. Apparently an argument preceded the crime, in which the gunman shot his 28-year-old adversary in the groin.
Published reports also noted the bouncer at Pianos was hit with a stray bullet in the leg.
Both victims were removed from the scene by ambulance in stable condition.
The 7th Precinct is still investigating the incident.
Meanwhile, latest shooting is another example of how Hell Square is returning to its seedy roots during this “post-pandemic” climate.
