Swapping Heroin Needles for Flowers on Norfolk Street
Cleaned out the used heroin needles and other detritus.
Norfolk Street residents Carl, Brian, and Jesse (surnames withheld for privacy) cleaned out a wooden trough situated on the sidewalk near the rear lot of the Clemente Soto Velez facility. Used heroin needles and other detritus were removed and trashed, and fresh soil poured instead.
The bed now boasts tulips and other colorful flowers.
