‘Bond Vet’ Animal Hospital Coming to Essex Crossing

Down at Essex Crossing, a major ground-floor vacancy is snapped up.
Bond Vet – a veterinary urgent care option for pets – is coming to 242 Broome Street. The company took space that had been predominantly vacant since the fourteen-story host building was erected five years ago (with the exception of its role as a Covid vaccination site).
Window wrapping recently appeared onsite, promising a “summer 2022” launch.
Bond Vet was founded in Cobble in 2019 and has been expanding ever since. It currently boasts more than a dozen animal hospitals across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
