One unit inside the Jewish Daily Forward condo building at 175 East Broadway is now available…to rent. Just last week, a listing recently surfaced on Halstead via Craigslist for a one-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor. And we’re still scratching our heads at the asking price – $3,300!
