A new boutique shop called Miss Hoe will soon open at 230 Bowery (aka 2 Prince), directly across from the New Museum. This corner real estate was previously occupied by Prince Restaurant Equipment, but after its closure, remained vacant for many moons, jailed behind drawn security gates.
