‘Barrio Chino’ Just Changed its Image on Broome Street

Longtime neighborhood favorite Barrio Chino (Spanish for Chinatown) has an altogether different appearance now. Gone is the soot-stained orange look of 253 Broome Street. Replaced instead with a shiny white sheen. Barrio Chino opened in July 2003, and is consistently ranked as a top area option for Mexican food.
