No More Scaffolding for Base of Blue Condo
Posted October 29, 2010 at 6:33 am
Holy shitballs! We never thought the day would arrive, but here we are, at a complete loss for words. Within the last 48 hours, the semi-permanent network of scaffolding and netting at the three-story base of Blue was finally packed up for good. And a sidewalk saved in the process. Coming Soon: Saro at 102 Norfolk Street
Posted October 22, 2010 at 6:12 am
Global Grub had a rather limited shelf life at 102 Norfolk Street, just north of Delancey. In the end, the small snack bar suffered the same fate as its seafood predecessor Tides. But work on a new restaurant has begun anew in the last few weeks.

Blue is turning shades of green. The so-called rear yard of the hoity-toity condo building, situated atop the adjacent 101 Norfolk Street, is now boasting some foliage. Six new trees were recently added to the Delancey section of the roof deck. The leaves haven’t turned yet.

New Listings at Blue Condo
Last modified June 27, 2012 at 1:27 am
Another listing at the Blue Condo just creeped into the marketplace, and it’s all nines. That’s right, for an infomercial-friendly $999,999, you can be the owner of a pixelated 972 square-foot, 1BR unit with direct access to “one of two huge common terraces.” Sounds noisy.
