A drinking establishment bar is headed to Elizabeth Street just off the main drag of Kenmare. Neither surprising nor needed, though such is the reality of the Lower East Side in 2012.

The former Yee Fay warehouse at 29 Kenmare (163 Elizabeth) hasn’t seen much action since the one-story building received a complete makeover in the summer of 2010. That’s all changing this weekend.
