Last September, we learned that the Grand Spa was relocating from its alley-diggs at 389 Grand Street to the more visible storefront beside Noah’s Ark Deli.  Now, the spa is officially a tenant of 403 Grand.  The doors are open, and tasteful wood signage in place.
