We just received an alarming email from one reader saying that both 7-Eleven and Dunkin’ Donuts are just a few days away from inking leases at two Seward Park retail spaces on Grand Street.

Last September, we learned that the Grand Spa was relocating from its alley-diggs at 389 Grand Street to the more visible storefront beside Noah’s Ark Deli.
