Great, here we go again! That so-called scent of “urban renewal” is now encroaching upon the boundaries of the Lower East Side. Indeed, Bond No. 9 is on the proverbial quest to bottle up and package the city into a bevy of fancy fragrances – “The Scents of New York.”
