It’s curtains for the cozy nook of a cafe at 250 Broome Street. Seemingly out of the blue, the two-year-old Home Espresso Bar was served an eviction notice by its landlord yesterday evening. Last Monday brought word of a new coffee shop at 45 Orchard Street. Now just a few blocks to the northeast, another such establishment has announced its presence.
