It’s a sad day for the Lower East Side. Jimmy Blanco (aka the man in white) was apparently a Halloween costume choice this year. The imitator – William Rohan – was spotted across the neighborhood last night, including a trick-or-treating stint at Shut NYC on Orchard Street. Not sure how we feel about this one. Seems kinda wrong.
