Strange occurrences always seem to transpire during the weekend hours outside the seedy OTB on Delancey. A couple weeks ago, it was an older man showing off his Salsa moves; more recently, a sidewalk scrap sale.

This might be the last we see of Off Track Betting at 105 Delancey, between Ludlow and Essex Streets, so break out the cameras.
