Sunshine Cinema Installs Bookending Ad Banners “For a Good Time”

In a rather uncharacteristic move, the Landmark Sunshine Cinema is now using its structural bookends to push upcoming theatrical releases.

It was a bit unexpected. Almost an entire block of Formula One race cars and other types of exotic vehicles rarely spied on the downtown streets of Manhattan.

A Landmark Apology

Taped to the door of 137 East Houston is this apology from the Landmark Sunshine Cinema.  The issue stems from a recent film screening gone awry with late-night noise problems.  Perhaps this is a fire drill of sorts in anticipation of next week’s premiere of I Kissed a Vampire. Come next Tuesday, East Houston will be swarming with screaming teeny-boppers.  I Kissed a Vampire, some type of “rock musical” by Lucas Grabeel and Drew Seeley, will be premiering at the Sunshine Cinema.
