Local cheesemonger, Anne Saxelby, who peddled artisanal cheeses around downtown for more than a decade, died this past Saturday. She was 40. Yesterday, 88 Orchard officially announced its new summertime menu. The small plates are served daily after 6 pm, and include ingredients sourced from a handful of culinary neighbors – Il Laboratorio del Gelato, Saxelby Cheesemongers, The Pickle Guys, and Formaggio Essex. Also, sangria is now part of their wine list.
